Things You'll Need:
- onion
- two apples
- 4 sausages
- 6 slices of bread
- rosemary
- a lemon
- nutmeg
- bowl
- blender if have one
- oven proff dish

Step 1
cut the crusts off the bread.
it is better that the bread is a few days old -

put in blender and blend until they look like fine crumbs. then set it aside

then get your bowl and take the skins off the sausages and put in the bowl

then peel, core and cut the apple into small cubes and add to the meat
then cut the onion up into cubes and add too -

then add the rosemary to the bowl. (i have not added my measurements to this recipe because rosemary is strong and people might want to use less than i do but i use two to three tsp)
then add one tsp of nutmeg -

then zest a lemon and add the zest to the bowl

and then take the juice of that lemon and add that too.

add the bread crumbs a bit at a time as you don't want big bits of bread in it. mix with your hands until it is a soft but firm ball

put in the oven dish and spread out

then cook for 20min gas 5 or 200c.
leave to rest for 5 min and serve
