Losing weight is a challenging process, and many people find it difficult to achieve. Sadly, there is no quick and easy solution to losing weight, it's a long process, but a worthwhile goal if you're looking to improve your health overall, or feel better about yourself.

Things You'll Need:

  • An attitude to lose weight.
  1. Step 1

Commit to a plan. Getting a plan is easy, committing to one is hard. Just find any plan that include diet and exercise and you're good. Actually, just diet and exercise can be your plan.

  2. Step 2

Watch your calories. Losing weight is easy (on paper at least), as long as your calories out is more than your calories in, you should lose weight. Most people use a 2000 calorie diet as their baseline. Everyones metabolism (the total amount of energy you use up a day, which increases with exercise, and decreases with tv and cheetos) is very differerent, so find a calorie amount that is good for you.

  3. Step 3

Stick to it. While diet and exercise are the best and healthiest ways to lose weight, sticking to whatever diet you are currently on is good. Just make sure that you stick with it, and don't give up. Results may take awhile, but you'll be happier with yourself in the long run.

Tips & Warnings
  • Don't give up. Don't give up. (I wrote it twice on purpose.)
  • Don't use any risky diets, or diets that require you to purge yourself. These are harmful to your health, and bad in the long run.
