How to Make a No-Sew Fleece Scarf

Have you ever tried to come up with a gift for the person who has everything? The steps below will guide you through creating a no-sew fleece scarf that will please anyone during the chilly winter months.

Things You'll Need

• 36 inches of fleece fabric
• Scissors
• Ruler or other straight edge object

Instructions

1. Lay raw fleece fabric out and measure how long and wide you would like the scarf to be.

2. Cut fleece fabric with scissors. Use straight edge (ruler) if necessary.

3. Cut the selvedge off each end of material (the selvedge is the edges of the fabric which has manufacturer information).

4. Lay out cut fleece and decide how thin and deep to make the fringe.

5. Cut ends to make fringe. Keep each cut portion even with previous cut sections.

6. Repeat steps 1 through 5 to opposite end of cut fabric.
