I had an Apple Ipod Classic once but it tend to freeze on me at times especially when I try to turn it on. Anyway I will show you how simple it is to reset the Ipod Classic. The same method that pretty much every one used to reset theirs when they need to.

    • Might need a Computer(opt)
    • Apple Power Adopter (opt)

        Toggle the [Hold] switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)

        Now press and hold the [Menu] and [Select] buttons until the Apple logo appears, which may take about 6 to 10 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.

        If the task seem a bit tedious, set the Ipod on a flat surface. ensure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the [click wheel]. Also ensure that you are pressing the [Menu] button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center.

    Tips & Warnings

    • This is where the power adapter and the computer comes in...If you are having no success, try connecting the IPod to a power adapter and plug the power adapter into an electrical outlet, or connect the IPod to your computer. ensure the computer is turned on and isn't set to go to sleep. That should do the trick.
