With public knowledge of the dangers of smoking now, the appeal of smoking is on the decline. In the past, it was the opinion of some people that exhaling cigarette smoke out of your nose is more appealing than exhaling smoke from your mouth. Blowing cigarette smoke out of your nose is as easy as breathing.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Cigarette
  • match
  • lighter
  1. Step 1

    From your cigarette container, take a cigarette out and place it in your mouth.

  2. Step 2

    Strike your match or ignite your lighter and hold the flame to the end of your cigarette.

  3. Step 3

    Light your cigarette by quickly taking short drags of air through the cigarette.

  4. Step 4

    Once your cigarette is lit, inhale a small amount of smoke through the cigarette.

  5. Step 5

    As soon as you have that small amount of smoke in your mouth, close your mouth and hold for one second.

  6. Step 6

    Keeping your mouth closed, exhale the cigarette smoke out of your nose and not your mouth.

  • Do not try this with a congested nose or the result could be disgusting.
