#1 - Decide which resolution or resolutions are most important to you. It is much easier to keep one or two resolutions than to try to keep four or five. Don't go overboard.

#2 - Make resolutions that are achievable and attainable. Don't' make a resolution to redecorate your entire house and have it paid for in one year if you are on a fixed income. A more ideal resolution would be to make a result ion to have two or three rooms paid for and completed.

#3 - Set your mind on keeping your resolution/s and do not let anything get in your way. If your resolution is to walk every day then don't let the rain stop you. Walk in place or up and down the stairs in your house. Keeping your resolution/s will give you self-confidence and a great feeling of accomplishment.
