Things You'll Need

• cell phone
• your myspace page
• a new route, to work,school etc
• a calendar
• your bff

Instructions

1. First grab your cell phone and erase his/her number, if your cant seem to do that, just erase the name. This step will allow you to not think about calling them, that is until your over them.

2. Then log on to myspace and remove all the pics of the couple that once was. change your sappy "im so in love with you" song to a club hit or fun song,remove them and block there messages, Being his or her friend won't make breaking up any easier. If you have aim block them as a user. Trust me I know it;s going to be hard but it works.

3. Try a new route to school or work so you don't have to see them, If this is possible because you two take the same bus or have the same class, on the bus grab your ipod and load it up with im over you songs, singing it enough will make it easier.or if you use to sit next to eachother in class tell the teacher the situation, if you two ate lunch together grab your best girl friend and eat together.
