Things You'll Need:
- Preheated oven at 350 degrees
- 9x13 baking dish
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 1 10oz. pkg of frozen chopped broccoli (thawed)
- 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1/2 c. cheez whiz
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. minute rice

Step 1
Thaw frozen broccoli in refrigerator or in microwave using the defrost setting.

Step 2
Chop a small onion and then the thawed broccoli with a food chopper or chop with a utility knife on a cutting board.

Step 3
Mix all of the ingredients listed in the "things you'll need" section together (in no specific order) in a large mixing bowl.

Spread mixture evenly in a greased 9x13 baking dish.

Insert baking dish in oven uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.

Step 6
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Immediately serve to your family.

Keep leftovers in refrigerator for up to 5 days and reheat in a microwave or crockpot to serve to your busy family.
