Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • 4 parts Amaretto(2oz)
  • 2 parts FRESH Lemon Juice(1oz)
  • Orange slices
  • Cherry
  • Define:Amaretto is a sweet almond-flavored liqueur of Italian origin. It is made from a base of apricot or almond pits, or sometimes both.
  1. Step 1

    Shake amaretto and lemon juice well in a cocktail shaker.

  2. Step 2

    Strain into a CHILLED Sour or Double Old Fashion glass.

  3. Step 3

    Garnish with Orange slice and Cherry

  4. Step 4

    Policy Description

    Scientific research has established that alcohol consumption during pregnancy is associated with adverse health consequences. Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) is the term used to describe the range of birth defects caused by maternal alcohol consumption during pregnancy. FASD are considered the most common nonhereditary cause of mental retardation. Included in Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders is the diagnosis often referred to as Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), which is the most severe form of FASD. It is characterized by facial defects, growth deficiencies, and central nervous system dysfunction.

    Warning, excessive consumption of alcohol may cause liver cirrhosis or liver cancer and is especially detrimental an individuals health.
