Personalized candy seams all the rage, but that is only because it has become very available to purchase. There are lots of ways to get personalized candy. The following article will outline various ways of accomplishing this.

Difficulty: Moderate
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Buy it. There are many companies out there who offer a service to make personalized candy. These companies are great for parties or gifts. For example, if you were having a company Christmas party, you could get jellybeans made with the name of the company on it. There will always be a one time setup fee in addition to the per package cost. Shipping usually will apply as well if you order online.

  2. Step 2

Make it. You can make personalized candy and it will be lots of fun. Candy can be personalized by making it in special shapes or by imprinting it with text. Rolled taffies and hard candies can also be homemade and personalized with a design in the center. Chocolates are also easily customized. These practices will require additional candy making experience.

  3. Step 3

Customize it. If you don't know how to make candy yourself, there are processes for customizing candy which you purchase. You can simply customize a candy box by covering it in a paper and then decorating it. Or you can print custom wrappers for suckers and hard candies on your computer printer. If you do this, print on the non-wax side of wax paper. You can also inlay text into already made chocolates.

  4. Step 4

You can also get personalized candy, in a sense, by purchasing a specific type of candy which someone likes and then packaging it in a way that would be special to them. An example would be a mug full of coffee flavored jellybeans. Another popular trend is to make m&m martinis.
