Things You'll Need:
- Can of spray paint.
- Face breathing mask.
- Cleaning supplies.
- TSP (Tri Sodium Phosphate).
- Small screwdrivers.
- Pliers.

Click on image to enlargen - Can of spray paint.First thing is to acquire a can of spray paint. In this case Gold was chosen. Here though you can choose any color you like.

Click on image to enlargen - Dismantled parts.It is best to dismantle the clock. Make notes and draw diagrams if need be to aid in putting the clock back together. The clock case parts can be put in the dishwasher. Or they can be rubbed down with TSP and water. About 1/2 cup TSP to gallon of warm water. Rinse off, towel off and dry thoroughly.

Click on image to enlargenSpray paint the major parts in the disassembled condition. Let dry thoroughly and reassemble the clock. Wa La, the clock is like new again.
