    Consider the party goers. If your attendees are close friends, you may have certain agreed upon "Good Music". However, if you are putting together the office party, it is best to keep the music mellow, and non repulsive to others.

    It is time to find your generic music. If you do not enjoy bland music yourself, there are avenues for finding such music. One option, is websites like http://www.playlist.com, or http://www.pandora.com which allow you to stream, find and play related music. Look Below for more links

    "What do you mean I'm Boring and Repetitive?"

    Once your way of playing music is confirmed, it is time to determine the bland artists you choose. Bands such as Dave Matthews Band, Coldplay, Jason Mraz and John Mayer are ideal for these situations. Websites such as napster.com and rhapsody.com have links for each artist which bring a similar sound.

    Play your music! Hook your speakers up to your computer, ipod, or cd player, and let the music flow over everyone. It is best to have playlists which last about 2-4 hours, depending on your party. There are a few people who will dislike certain songs, which could mean skipping large chunks of your playlist. Remember: a good playlist is a long one.

on 1/22/2009 Interesting bru... I do the same thing when I'm on the computer for more than a half hour. I set-up a Playlist on the Media player for background music and then do the serious stuff.. cool, very cool! 5*
