Things You'll Need:
- tweezers
- scissors (small)
- white eyeliner pencil

Step 1
Use the white eyeliner pencil and draw a straight line from the inside edge of your eye straight up at a 90 degree angle towards your eyebrow until it intersects your eyebrows.

Use the white eyeliner pencil and draw a diagonal line from the outside edge of your eye at a 45 degree angle towards your eyebrow until it intersects with your eyebrows.

Use the tweezer to tweeze any hair outside of the white lines along the outer and inner edge of your eyebrow.

Use the tweezer to tweeze as much as hair as you desire under the eyebrow to create a thin eyebrow.

If the hair on your eyebrow is long, you can use a small set of scissors and an eyebrow brush (optional). Wet your eyebrow with a washcloth and comb the hair in the eyebrow upwards against the natural eyebrow. Then, use the scissors to trim any excess hair which will result in a neat and clean eyebrow.

Step 6
Never tweeze the upper border of your eyebrow.
