Here's how I make Teriyaki Chicken Breasts. I like to use fresh or thawed skinless, boneless chicken breasts. You can cook frozen breasts, just cook them longer, on a slightly lower temperature at first.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Mince a few cloves of garlic, and put them in the pan your going to use to cook the chicken breasts. I don't like to measure ingredients. It's much funner to take chances. If you're really lazy, like I am, just use powdered garlic. It tastes the same. Just don't use garlic salt, you'll be getting plenty of salt from other sources.

  2. Step 2

Add some soy sauce, ground ginger, and some chicken broth to the pan, and stir it up with a whisk or something. Add the chicken breasts, and cook it on medium.

  3. Step 3

Turn your chicken breasts over after 10 minutes, and cook for ten more, or untill they're cooked all the way through. Eat. Yummy.
