To prevent heart disease is to take a major step towards living longer. By following the steps in this article, a person can increases their chances of living a happier and healthier life.

    Exercise more often. A thirty minute walk on a regular basis improves circulation, increases energy, and reduces stress. All of these factors can lower the risk of heart disease.

  2. Step 2

    Consider oral chelation. These substances serve to remove toxins in the body and will also expand blood vessels. As a result, blockages are often removed, and when this happens, the chances of a heart disease or heart attack are lowered.

  3. Step 3

    Meditate. This is another practice which serves to reduce stress in the body, lowering the risk of heart disease.

  4. Step 4

    Get Omega-3's into your diet. These essential fatty acids can be found in salmon. Or, find a supplement which supplies omega-3's.

  5. Step 5

    Eat more leafy greens. They contain vitamin E, which has been shown in studies to lower the chances of heart disease. If their taste is unappealing, considering juicing them with apples to make them more friendly to the taste buds.

on 12/17/2008 Great ideas to help eliminate heart disease! I avoid all fake fats, such as margarine and partially hydrogenated opil. Soy oil is especially bad. Instead, use coconut oil, olive oil, and yes, butter.
