Step 1
Get the quest to find the Voyager Transmitter Dish in the Museum of Technology. Three Dog will give you this quest once you reach the Galaxy News Radio building in the downtown ruins.

Step 2
Go to the museum. Once there, you will find a bunch of information terminals scattered throughout the museum. Access each one of these. Look at the very bottom of each menu for a #1, #2 or #3. These are clues left behind by a man named "Prime" in order to lead his friend to a nice haul of loot. Each # set is a puzzle, from which you must find the prime number (the number divisible only by 1 and itself.)

Step 3
Look for Prime's terminals in the lobby, in the room with the giant rocket and near the Voyager itself. Each terminal will present you with a series of numbers. You need to guess the correct one in order to progress. Save before selecting each number, just in case.

Step 4
Select the following numbers at Prime's terminals: 19, 53, 113. This will open up the safe in the museum control room. It will also inform you that Prime is waiting for his friend at the Jury Street Metro Station.

Step 5
Loot the safe in the control room for some nice loot. Head back to Vault 101.

Step 6
Go west from Vault 101. You should come across the Jury Street Metro Station. Look for the Red Rocket station. There should be a diner nearby. Go inside and look for a corpse inside. This will be Prime. Loot his body to get the Xuanlong Assault Rifle. Congratulations! You have the best assault rifle in the game!
