Things You'll Need:
- Stickers (featuring beloved cartoon characters)
- Generic Bandages
- A few spare minutes
-
Step 1
Your local Dollar store is a great source of materials for this project; first, you'll need some plain, preferably cheap, bandages. You'll have to take out a loan if you buy the name-brand bandages for this project because kids are going to love these, although hopefully not enough to practice hurting themselves, ahem.
-
Step 2
Kids love seeing stickers of their favorite cartoon friends, so Step Numero Dos is: get yourself some small stickers to fit on your bandages. These could feature, oh, I don't know, maybe a cartoon character who lives in a pineapple under the sea? I was able to buy 100 little stickers of that yellow fella for a dollar. You better go grab a pack of stickers featuring a bilingual cast of characters, too. Vamanos! My Spidey sense tells me you may need webbed stickers or stickers of cute cats.
-
Step 3
Your third step is to unwrap your boring bandages and slap some amazing (or even amewzing) stickers on them. Skip Step 4. Oh no! Sadly, skipping that step led to little Sammy tripping and skinning a knee. Thankfully you have those happiness-inducing new bandages to apply. That's a great smile you just earned, and congratulations, you have cured tears. You, my friend, are a child's hero.
