Things You'll Need:
- Macaroni Noodles 16 0z
- Velveeta Cheese large box
- Sharp Block Cheese 8oz
- Medium Block Cheese 8oz
- Milk 1 1/2 cup
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Flour 1 cup
- Butter 1/2 cup

Step 1
First of all Gather all ingredients as listed , a large boiler, a whisk, measuring cups, a knife and cutting board a baking dish and your nerve lol. In order to make the cooking process go off with out a hitch cut your cheeses into about 4x4 square blocks . The smaller the blocks the easier the cheeses will melt . Boil your noodles according to package directions, and sit to the side.

Step 2
Next place your boiler on the stove top , take your butter < 1/2 c.> and melt it in the boiler on low heat. Next add your flour a little at a time until the mixture is thickened but not to a ball consistency, you will not use all of your flour judge this to the eye.

Once you have your flour butter mixture gradually add milk whisking vigorously mixing the mixture, you want to have a smooth texture without lumps. Add Salt and pepper to your own taste .Allow the mix to thicken and come to a slow boil, you may want to increase the heat at this point.

Now add your cheese constantly mixing with your whisk. This is the most important part of all mix constantly not allowing the mixture to burn . allow the mixture to dissolve the cheeses. Once you have gotten the mixture to the desired thickness and smoothness remove from heat . Add to your noodles mixing in the cheese sauce careful not to break your noodles.

Once mixed place in your baking dish ,you may add shredded cheese or paprika for garnish. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes .Take out of the oven allow time to cool and enjoy.
