Things You'll Need:
- 1-18oz pkg. of refrigerated sugar cookie dough
- 1-8oz pkg. of cream cheese
- 1/2 C. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 C. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 medium Granny Smith apples
- 1/4 C. caramel ice cream topping
- 1/2 C. chopped peanuts

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Shape the refrigerated sugar cookie dough into a ball and place in the center of a pizza pan and then slightly flatten. Using a lightly floured rolling pin, roll dough to a 14-inch circle about 1/4 inch thick.

Bake 16-18 minutes or until it turns a light golden brown. Remove from the oven and cool for about 10 minutes.

Combine the cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla in a small bowl; mix well. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over cookie.

Peel, core and slice the 2 Granny Smith apples. Cut the apple slices in half and arrange evenly over the cream cheese mixture.

Microwave the caramel ice cream topping on high for 30-45 seconds or until warm. Drizzle over the apples and then sprinkle the chopped peanuts on top.

Cut into slices or squares and serve! YUM. :)
