      Open an existing PowerPoint document or create a new document. Select <INSERT> on the standard toolbar at the top of your document, and then click <PICTURE> from the drop-down menu.

      Move your mouse to <CLIP ART> in the dialog box. Click this option.

      Use the <SEARCH> function in the Clipart Task Pane on the right side of your slide to find a catalog of clip art options. In this example, the search entered was "computer," and it produced the results found in the image library.

      Browse through the clip art. To insert an image, click the arrow on the right of the picture and select <INSERT> from the menu of options. After adding clip art to your slide, manipulate the size and placement of the image.
