If you are not familiar with Adobe Photoshop, it is hard to imagine how people create such cool images with the program like animals, image effects, realistic looking planets, among other items. However, once you get to know the program and see what all it has to offer, creating unique graphics comes naturally. Follow these steps to create an image of one of the world's most famous reptiles.

Instructions

    • 1

Click "File" and then "New" in the top left-hand corner of your Adobe program.

    • 2

Adjust the width to 400 pixels and the height to 200 pixels. Click "OK."

    • 3

Locate your brush tool. Use a green, size 19 circle brush in order to draw the body of your snake.

    • 4

From the left end of your drawing screen, draw a wavy shape all the way to the right side of your screen.

    • 5

On one end of your snake's body, draw a oval shape.

    • 6

If desired, you may add a rattler to the opposite end of your snake using a smaller brush.

    • 7

Add eyes to your snake using a size five circle brush of any color that you choose. Draw two dots for the eyes on the head.

    • 8

Using a size two circle brush draw a fork-like object coming from out of the snake's mouth. This will be the snake's tongue.

    • 9

Add a pattern to the snake by clicking "Layer" in the top left-hand corner of your screen and then clicking "Layer Style." Next, click "Pattern Overlay."

    • 10

In the screen that pops up, change the opacity to about 21. This should let the color of the snake pass through the pattern. You can check out all of the different patterns by clicking on the drop down arrow next to "Pattern." Once you have chosen your pattern, click "OK."

    • 11

Save your snake and upload it to an image hosting site in order to share it with your friends.
