Step 1
Sit down with a pad of paper and your computer turned on. You will need to do some research to make sure that you choose the weight loss plan that will help you to lose weight. This research will pay off big when you do start the diet.

Go to many different diet web sites. You will need to look over many different diet plans to see what they are all about. Every diet follows a different set of rules and works on a different idea of how to lose weight.

Step 3
Write down what you like about each weight loss plan. Keep track in your notebook of the weight loss sites and plans that you think you would like to follow.

Step 4
Make sure that there steps or main concept is something that you will be able to follow. If you do not stick to your diet, you will not lose weight.
