Instructions

    • 1

Microwave butter and peanut butter for 2 minutes on high for this easy candy recipe. Then remove mixture from microwave.

    • 2

Stir, then microwave on high for an additional 2 minutes.

    • 3

Add vanilla and powdered sugar to peanut butter mixture and stir to combine with a wooden spoon. This easy candy recipe is pretty thick so knead it until it's nice and creamy. If it cools down too quick it won't mix as well. If this happens just pop it back in the microwave for a few seconds, not too long or you might burn your hands.

    • 4

Place in a buttered plate press until you reach your desired thickness, damp hands and smooth, you can also line plate with waxed paper if you would like.

    • 5

      Refrigerate until cool.

    • 6

Cut into pieces and store in an airtight container for up to a week.

Tips & Warnings

  • If mixture seems too crumbly add a few drops of water, or if mixture isn't thick enough add a little extra powdered sugar.

  • Before kneading make sure mixture is cool enough to touch!
