Give The Perfect Gift
Give The Perfect Gift

Another Christmas is quickly approaching! Hopefully you aren't one of the many who are frantically searching for gift ideas for friends and family.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • List of friends and family
  • Credit Card
  • Cash
  • Likes and dislkes
  1. Step 1

Ensure you are able to afford the gift you plan to give. Always, be aware of your budget; remember there is life after Christmas.

  2. Step 2

It is very important to know the recipient you intend to shop for. Christmas is not all about giving the most important gift; however, it is nice to receive a gift that someone can enjoy. You may not know the recipient well if you happen to participate in a secret Santa program at your place of employment. Don't be shy in asking co-workers about the person; take the time to observe them, their clothing, and accessories. If they wear a certain perfume or cologne; comment on it.

  3. Step 3

Gift cards make wonderful Christmas gifts! Perhaps Uncle TJ; who holds and IT job at Lockheed Martin would love to receive a gift card from Best Buy. IT guys are always tearing down and re-building computers. Many of them wish to keep up to date on all of the latest electronics widgets and gadgets such as cell phones, printers, faxes, software, and hardware.

  4. Step 4

Everyone deserves and appreciates pampering. Gift certificates for massage, pedicures, and manicures are the way to go for ladies who enjoy such pampering. Surf the world wide web for day spas such as Turf Valley, Massage Envy, and many more!

Tips & Warnings
  • If you happen to participate in a gift giving program at work, don't invest in such an expensive gift. Keep the dollar amount between $10 and $20.
  • It is in rather bad taste for someone to receive a bubble gum dispenser when they purchased you a drop dead gorgeous scarf to accessorize your wardrobe. There is nothing wrong with watching your spending; however, you can be frugal and elegant at the same time.
