How to make Shrimp fried Rice in your own home.

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Shrimp Fried Rice is a tasty dish. Making it yourself is even better. What you will need, 1 Pound Jumbo Shrimp peeled and stem out, 1 Tablespoon crushed Garlic, 1 Teaspoon Salt, 1 Teaspoon Pepper, 1/2 stick Butter, 1 diced Spanish Onion, 4 Large Mushrooms sliced thin, 2 Eggs beaten lightly, 1/2 cup shredded Carrots.

  2. Step 2

    In large skillet, melt Butter completely, add Eggs first, then add Shrimp, Mushrooms, Carrots, Garlic, Salt, Pepper, sauté for about 3 minutes. Add 1 Cup of fully Cooked White or Brown Rice, cover with lid. Continue to cook at about 300 degrees for about 6 minutes.

  3. Step 3

    Place finished product in attractive serving Dish. You can add additional garnish like Parsley or Lettuce. Serve hot. You will receive many compliments on this dish. If desired, you can add 1/4 cup of Sesame Oil while in Skillet. Sesame Oil will add a bit of hot spice to your dish.
