How to Get Younger Looking Skin
Skin is the largest organ or the body, but that doesn't mean keeping it fresh has to be a lot of work. There are many methods for getting younger-looking skin, from staying clear of things that will dry and age your skin to keeping it moisturized. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Protect your skin from the sun. Sun causes age spots, sunburns and even skin cancer. But remember that you also need sun to provide you with vitamin D for healthy skin, so don't avoid it altogether. Instead, wear a good-quality sunscreen to let your skin get the nourishment it needs without the negatives.
-
2
Moisturize your skin. Moisturizers make your skin soft, supple and touchable. Skin care products usually contain the same ingredients so compare and save.

3
Avoid cigarette smoke. Stop smoking if you do and avoid hanging around people who are smoking. Cigarette smoke creates free radicals, which damage the skin and accelerate the aging process, causing wrinkles.
-
4
Work from the inside out. Eat multi-grain bread, seafood and sunflower seeds, all of which are high in selenium, which helps to rid the body of free radicals. Eat foods high in vitamin C, which also can remove free radicals and naturally protects the skin. Fish contains omega-3, which forms prostaglandins that keep the skin hydrated. Also be sure to get plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, and eliminate refined sugars and processed food.
-
5
Use a facial mask to tighten your skin. Although the toning is temporary, it also cleans your pores and makes your skin look fresher.
-
6
Drink plenty of water. Water not only hydrates your skin -- as well as the rest of you -- but also flushes out impurities. Drink eight to 10 glasses of water a day. Keep your caffeine intake to a minimum, since caffeine can counter the benefits of water.
-
7
Avoid yo-yo diets. Constantly gaining and losing weights causes the skin to stretch out and appear older. Try to lose weight if you need to and keep it off.
