Things You'll Need:
- pork chops
- steamed rice
- peas
- sautaid onions
- french style green beans
- olive oil
- seasonings
- butter
- crock pot
-
Step 1
Before frying pork chop, lightly coat pork chop with olive oil, and finish up by sprinkling your favorite seasonings on them.
-
Step 2
Put a small amount of olive oil in the pan, since you already have coated them with oil. Start frying the chops until 50% done Put the chops on simmer. While the chops are simmering, get you a small fry pan and start sautaing 1 whole onion, in butter, until nice and brown.
-
Step 3
Your chops by now should be 3/4 down.
Turn your crock pot on low, and put the chop in to finish cooking.
Cover the chops with the onion you have sautaed in butter.
Cover the crock pot, and keep the heat on low. -
Step 4
Steam the amount of rice desired for your family, and add peas, and french style green beans. Add this all on top of the chops and sautaid onions.
Your chops should be done by now. Put the heat on low or simmer, until your family is ready to heat.

on 10/13/2009 I am definitely saving this. I love pork chops, and any crock pot recipe is a plus, because I love how easy it is to cook with crock pots.

on 9/16/2009 Pork chop heaven sounds delicious. Can it be slow baked in the oven? Don't own a crock pot. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Recommended and 5*
