Shop Around- What may have been a good deal before may not be anymore. Look for deals at large chain stores, and don't get the first thing you see. Make a note at how much something you want cost and look for online prices or prices at other stores before buying the first thing you see.

Stop eating out- Buy grocery items that can last for more than one meal. Make a big pot of soup and freeze it, or a casserole that will last all week. This is much healthier and cheaper to eat than fast food or restaurants where you tip and drive.

Budget Your Money- You know you don't really need that new pair of shoes that used to seem so tempting. Instead, buy something that will last a long time and can benefit more than one person
