      Make an ad that describes your services. Include the cost of the tutoring per hour ($15~$30), your credentials (experience and education, and what subjects you specialize in. Be specific about the subjects. Don't say 7th grade math, say Pre-Algebra.

      Post this information on internet sites like Craigslist.com or tutormatch.com. There are many other sites that you can post free. Make sure you update your post every week.

      Print out your poster in bright colors, and put it up in community boards in grocery stores, your church, nearby apartments, etc. Make sure that your writings are big enough to be seen afar and also the whole poster stands out.

      Make lots of business cards and give them around to people you know. They are cheap to make and helps people to remember you if they need your services.
