You will learn the 4 steps to ordering a promotional product online. Information about artwork requirements and the importance of delivery dates and proofing your order.

Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Internet connection, email account
  1. Step 1

    Search for Products-
    Go to the Catalog Page. Enter a keyword (i.e. mug or pen) and click Go
    OR
    Browse products by clicking on a Category

  2. Step 2

    Review the Product-
    Click on the product image or on the Details link to find out more info
    Click on the Order Now button to start the ordering process

  3. Step 3

    Ordering the Product-
    Once you're in the ordering process fill out the appropiate fields(i.e. quantity) and just click on Next to continue. If you are unclear on the options for a particular product see the glossary.

    Upload artwork if necessary and specify any instructions on the Imprint and Personalization page
    Enter in shipping and payment info on the designated pages

  4. Step 4

    Place the order-
    Review your order for accuracy
    Click on the Finish button to submit the order

Tips & Warnings
  • For vector artwork Adobe Illustrator EPS, AI, or PDF files. We do not accept Corel Draw or Quark Xpress files. Please be sure convert all fonts to outlines or paths. For raster artwork Adobe PhotoShop PSD, JPEG, TIFF, or GIF files are accepted. We recommend that raster files are at least 300 dpi to assure quality printing. We will not be responsible the quality of printing for low reslolution artwork.
  • If the project is time sensitive make sure the seller is aware of the date you need the item, referred to as an "in hands" date.
  • If your are having an item imprinted with a logo or slogan it's always recommended to ask for a proof from the seller. This allows you to review imprint size, color, and spelling for accuracy.
