Who will be a part of this project? Are you going solo? Will you have managers? It all depends on the type of project you're starting.

Now it is time to test out your solution. You will need to market and observe responses. If your solution fails, you can take the opportunity to improve it. This step is very, very important.

Time to get the funds unless you've plenty of disposable cash. If not, get financing through banks, friends, other entrepreneurs, etc. Majority of the time you will have to spend money to make money.
