Things You'll Need:
- Tissue paper or very large origami paper in your desired colors
- long pipe cleaners or twisty ties in coordinating colors

Step 1
Get out your ruler if you want really crisp edges. Then match pipe cleaners with the desired paper colors. Get out a full sheet of tissue paper and open it all the way and spread it out flat.

Now using your finger to measure start to accordion fold the paper. make folds at a depth of the first knuckle if you want tree decorations or the second if you want some to hang in windows.

When you have done the whole sheet, decide weather you are going to decorate the tree or house. If the tree make four different ornaments by cutting the paper in four even pieces.

now the pieces that you have pinch the accordion in the middle and fasten with a pipe cleaner. Leave enough that you can make a hook or leave the two ends you want to fasten the tree by tie.
Fan out the accordion to make it look great.
