How to Change Your Google Homepage

You probably use Google almost every day. Why not personalize your Google home page? Add reminders, a clock, calendars to organize your life. News, comics, and gossip keep you informed. Add a theme for that extra touch!

Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Create a Google account. You will already have one if you use gmail (A great e-mail service! But that's for another article.) Sign into your Google account. Select the iGoogle link on the top right corner next to your name.

  2. Step 2

    Select the add stuff tab. This page is divided into gadgets and themes. For gadgets pick from the most popular, editor recommended, or search for one.

  3. Step 3

    For themes you can select the ones on the page, click on the artist themes tab on the left menu, or search for your favorite. Click the add it now tab under the theme to add it to your homepage.

  4. Step 4

    Select the Back to iGoogle home link on the top right. Your customized page should now be displayed. Click by the title of a gadget and drag it to reposition. The arrow by the gadget name will bring up the menu.
