Step 1
Plot your cartoon.

Click the start button at the bottom left corner of your computer screen. When the start menu has come up click "All Programs." In the "All Programs" menu click on "Accessories". Finally when the Accessories menu comes up, click the "Paint" button.

Draw the first background you want for your cartoon. Save it by clicking on the file button located at the top left corner of your screen then click on the "save as" button. Never click the "save" button after adding a new picture or it will automatically override the previous picture that was saved. You don't want to override but rather continue to add pictures to your scene. Next you will want to enter a name for your file in the appropriate box, choose a folder to save it under so you can find it, and then click the "save" button.

Now open up the background image you just made and draw the main object move just a little bit. You see if I wanted to make a cartoon man walking I would make him stand straight, then I would draw his leg a little more forward, and keep doing this.

When you have drawn and saved all of the pictures you need, go to the file that you saved them in and double-click on the first image.

Draw the first main object on the back ground, and click the "Save As" button.

Press the right arrow key on your keyboard.

Finally keep doing this really quick.
