Things You'll Need:
- A vacation
- Money
- time

Step 1
PiccadillyThe best way to enjoy London is to merely immerse yourself. Find a hotel centrally located within the city. This way you are within walking distance of most major attractions. Piccadilly is a beautiful section of London with many great hotels and restaurants. It is within walking distance from the theater districts, Buckingham Palace, the major parks, Trafalgar Square, the Museum, etc.
-
Step 2
Map of LondonYou should plan your day in advance so that you can make the most of your time in London. Purchase a map and trace your route. *Quick tip* Cutting through parks makes walks much faster but I recommend meandering through the streets.
-
Step 3
London PubEat in the pubs! There are dozens of them on every street. The food is superb and very affordable (you will find London is a very expensive city).
-
Step 4
Theater DistrictSee a play in the theater district. It is within a ten minute walk from the Piccadilly section of London. Located close to China-town. You can purchase tickets cheap from street vendors.

on 12/10/2008 If you're not a Travel Guide, consider becoming one. Great information. I've always wanted to go to London. I would definately vist 221 Baker St. I have a case for Mr. Holmes! Good article.
