Things You'll Need:
- Neck wrap
- Eye patches & cucumbers
- Instant Manicure
- Foot Scrub/foot creme
- Lotions
- Small Tub w/marbles
- Candles
- Soothing Music

Step 1
Neck WrapStart by getting everything ready. Warm your neck wrap in the microwave, get your eye patches or cucumber slices in the refrigerator to get cold, put your marbles in your small tub and add hot water and add some nicely scented bath minerals, Wet a washcloth with hot water. Get some small hand towels ready.

Step 2
Candles set the moodSet up all of your items in a comfortable location so you won't have to get up again. Dim or turn off your lights and light your candles. Turn on some soothing music. You're now ready to relax!

Step 3
Foot soakPut your feet into the tub of hot water, Wash your face with your hot damp washcloth, put on your neck wrap and your eye patches or cold cucumbers and sit back and relax.

Spend some time just relaxing. Feel the tension from the day leaving your body...Think positive relaxing thoughts.

Step 5
When the water in your foot tub starts to cool down you are ready to move on (or add more hot water if you aren't!). Take off your eye patches. Put your favorite moisturizer on your face and get out your food scrub.

Step 6
Taking one foot out of the water at a time, wash each foot with your foot scrub. Massage your feet as you wash them. Rinse them off and then take them out of the water and dry them with your hand towel.

Step 7
Use your foot creme or lotion on your feet and legs.
