Spend some time just relaxing. Feel the tension from the day leaving your body...Think positive relaxing thoughts.

  5. Step 5

When the water in your foot tub starts to cool down you are ready to move on (or add more hot water if you aren't!). Take off your eye patches. Put your favorite moisturizer on your face and get out your food scrub.

Taking one foot out of the water at a time, wash each foot with your foot scrub. Massage your feet as you wash them. Rinse them off and then take them out of the water and dry them with your hand towel.

on 4/15/2009 Perhaps you might wish to trade off with a friend. One time you get the treatment, the next you give the treatment. Just an idea to save money and still get the "hand and foot" service. very good article--5***

on 12/11/2008 Hey, wait, before you get in the tub, put the phone under a pillow three rooms away! (You know it is going to ring two minutes after you get into the tub.) Great article!

on 12/11/2008 Home spas are nice. I treat myself to one often. But when the money allows, nothing beats having somebody else wait on you hand and feet. lol. ^5!!!
