Get Great Looking Glowing Skin

You too can have great healthy glowing skin by just following a few easy steps.

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • ex foliating cleanser
  • toner
  • moisturizer
  1. Step 1

The first step to healthy skin is eating plenty of fruits and vegetables and keeping hydrated. Second, you need to wash your face every morning and night and keep the pores open (not clogged). Clogged pores can and will lead to break outs.

  2. Step 2

Moisturize. It is ideal to have a moisturizer with sunscreen to protect your skin even in the winter from the sun. Choose a moisturizer that is right for your skin type. There are some great non greasy moisturizers, like ones from Neutrogena and Oil of Olay. Mature skin may need a little richer. Try Regenerist, it works wonders, and it won't break the bank!

  3. Step 3

Now, the most important thing to do is NEVER go to sleep with makeup on! I don't care how tired you are, you must take the make up off and exfoliate before going to bed. Exfoliating takes off the dead skin cells and reveals fresh new skin! After ex foliating, use the right toner for your skin type, and then finally, moisturize! I exfoliate in the morning as well and then apply moisturizer. This gives your skin a beautiful healthy skin glow.

Tips & Warnings
  • Never go to bed with make up on
  • Do not over ex foliate either this could dry out your skin.
