Step 1
Set up an account with Paypal. This will make sending and receiving money less complicated.
-
Step 2
Open an account on eBay, both as a seller and a buyer. Before you delve into higher-end goods, establish first a solid reputation as an eBay seller with a consistent record of positive feedbacks by selling small-ticketed items.
-
Step 3
Learn the eBay site. Research and have a feel on what sells fast and quick. Familiarize yourself on how much products and items usually sell on eBay. Check out suggested retail prices on other online stores as well.
-
Step 4
Check out online discount stores such as Wholesale-Portal.com (link under resources). For an annual membership fee of around $40, you will have access and up to 80% discount on thousands of goods such as electronics, jewelry and even small bikes.
-
Step 5
To start selling, copy the products from the online discount store and paste them on eBay. When you make your sale, collect full payment. This is where a solid reputation with excellent feedbacks come into play. You need to have a successful track record to receive confidence on transactions that require more money than usual.
-
Step 6
Once you've received FULL payment, contact the supplier, place the order and pay, putting in the name and address of your eBay buyer. The wholesale company will ship the product to the buyer directly.
-
Step 7
Pocket the profit!
