Steps to set iPod Screen Lock

Difficulty: Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

    Select Extra menu from the main screen.

  2. Step 2

    From Extra menu, scroll down to Set Combination option.

  3. Step 3

    Enter a code in the next menu. You can use rotate the click wheel to dial the numbers.

  4. Step 4

    Choose a number and press Select button to set it. then you will see the next number is highlighted.

  5. Step 5

    Continue with the same steps to enter the following three digits of the combination.

  6. Step 6

    After the last number is entered, you will be redirected to the Screen Lock menu.

  7. Step 7

    Go back to Main Menu and select Extra.

  8. Step 8

    Select Screen Lock, highlight and click "Turn Screen Lock On"

  9. Step 9

    Now, select Lock to lock iPod.

  10. Step 10

    The screen lock is a very useful feature and it helps you to keep other people away from your iPod, but iPod could still be accesses if it is connected to a computer and it can be manged in the disk mode even the screen is locked.
