  • 1 pint of plain cholesterol free, fat free pastuerized egg product (i.e Egg Beaters)
  • 1 pint liquid whipping cream
  • 1 cup powder sugar
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • 2 tsp real vanilla extract
  • rum (optional)
  • Electric Mixer

Combine milk, whipping cream, and egg product in large bowl. If you want to make your egg nog even lighter you can use fat free cream

  2. Step 2

Add in vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg and stir well. Add in powdered sugar gradually, stirring continuously until in desolves

  3. Step 3

Beat all ingredients on medium with an electric mixer for 2-3 minutes. Pour into pitcher or punch bowl. If desired, stir in 4 ounces of rum, or leave as is for all ages to enjoy.

on 12/27/2008 I've been wanting to try to make homemade egg nog. The second ingredient in many store bought egg nog's is corn syryp. Blech.
