Step 1
Let's start with a new diet. Try and keep this new diet atleast 6 days out of the week and on the seventh don't go overboard on the junk! Let's not have any white foods. No starches, no sugars, few carbs. Potatoes, pastas, rich creme sauces and cheeses are a no no. Change your white breads to wheat breads, your spaghetti noodles to wheat noodles, your rice to brown rice, etc. On your junk/ snack day don't go too crazy. Just enough to be satisfied as a reward.

Step 2
A good and fun friend will help this process. Mine is one of my best friends who actually brought me into this weight loss world of success. She is amazing and a LOT of fun to workout with! This really mentally and emotionally and somewhat physically helps the weight loss process. It has to be fun for me to jump on board on ANYTHING so a weight regime is NO different.

Step 3
The desire and will power to succeed is what will be your driving force through all of this. I promise you will lose weight if you do this and you will see it just melt off extremely fast. I'm one for instant gratification and I assure you with this you will see automatic loss almost immediately.
