Wash if using fresh strawberries and blueberries, peach. Peel the peach, halve and remove pit, slice into thin pieces. Set aside. Slice the strawberries and banana.

  2. Step 2

Spread evenly 1 tablespoon of peanut butter on each tortilla and leave about a 1/2 inch of space to the edge. Distribute onto each tortilla sliced banana, strawberry, peach and blueberries.

  3. Step 3

Spread 1 tablespoon of vanilla yogurt over the fruit.

  4. Step 4

First, fold one side of the tortilla over the fruit; carefully tuck the edges under the fruit, be sure the fruit is securely wrapped.

  5. Step 5

Now, roll the folded and tucked portion of the burrito towards the other side - the peanut butter helps holding it together. Drizzle chocolate syrup, honey, fruit squeeze, whipped cream... on top.

  6. Step 6

If desired, you can cut the burrito in half crosswise to ease in the handling for eating.
