Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • One pound noodles, or 2 cups of rice
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 1 cup of mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 brown sugar
  • Lemon pepper
  • Flour, steak coating
  • Salt
  1. Step 1

In a large pan, mix well together the mayonnaise and lemon pepper seasoning. Cover the steaks on both sides. In a separate pan, put the flour in with a pinch of salt. Then coat the steaks, again, coating evenly on both sides. Wait 5-10 minutes for the mixture to stick firmly on the fish.

  2. Step 2

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Place the steaks in, and bake for 6 minutes on their first side, then turn them over, bake 4 more minutes on the second side. Remove from heat.

  3. Step 3

In a skillet over high heat, stir in brown sugar, garlic and onion. Cook until onion is caramelized. Remove and keep warm.

  4. Step 4

Fill water in a large pot over high heat. Cook noodles or rice according to instructions on the packaging. Drain, if using noodles.
