Things You'll Need:
- One pound noodles, or 2 cups of rice
- 4 salmon steaks
- 1 cup of mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, peeled and thinly sliced
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 1/4 brown sugar
- Lemon pepper
- Flour, steak coating
- Salt

Step 1
In a large pan, mix well together the mayonnaise and lemon pepper seasoning. Cover the steaks on both sides. In a separate pan, put the flour in with a pinch of salt. Then coat the steaks, again, coating evenly on both sides. Wait 5-10 minutes for the mixture to stick firmly on the fish.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray. Place the steaks in, and bake for 6 minutes on their first side, then turn them over, bake 4 more minutes on the second side. Remove from heat.

In a skillet over high heat, stir in brown sugar, garlic and onion. Cook until onion is caramelized. Remove and keep warm.

Fill water in a large pot over high heat. Cook noodles or rice according to instructions on the packaging. Drain, if using noodles.

Fresh whole salmonPlace salmon steaks on individual serving plates with the caramelized onion sauce and cooked noodles or rice. Ready to eat. Serves four.
