Things You'll Need:
- 1 1/2 cups crushed peanut butter Oreo cookies
- 4 tablespoons melted butter
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 4 8ounce cream cheese packages
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 4 large eggs added slowly to mix
- 2 cups peanut butter
- 2/3 cup evaporated milk
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- some crushed peanuts for a topping

Step 1
To make the crust, mix together the 1 1/2 cups crushed peanut butter Oreo cookies, 4 tablespoons melted butter and 4 tablespoons sugar. Place in a springform pan. Then cool.

Next, you will use a mixer to mix together the four 8oz. cream cheese packages, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 2 teaspoons vanilla and 4 large eggs. Remember to add the eggs slowly. Pour this filling over the crust.

Now you will need to make the peanut butter mixture. Combine the 2 cups peanut butter, 2/3's cup evaporated milk, 3 tablespoons light corn syrup and 1/3 cup light brown sugar. Put all of this in a pan and bring to a boil on the stove. Drop the peanut butter mix in several places on top of filling and swirl with knife tip.

Bake at 325 degrees for 50 minutes. Cool to room temperature, sprinkle with crushed peanuts and freeze. Once frozen, remove from freezer, take left over peanut butter mix and smooth around the edges. Thaw and serve!
