Step 1
Orange Marmalade Chicken is an excellent choice to serve around the holidays. You will need, 3-6 Chicken Breasts (with bone in), 1 Bottle of Italian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing, 1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder, 1 Teaspoon Grated Romano Cheese, 1 Teaspoon pepper, 1 Jar Sweetened Orange Marmalade.

Wash Chicken thoroughly. Place Chicken in large baking dish, add entire bottle of Salad Dressing (as a marinate). Marinate Chicken over night, covered with foil in the refrigerator. Next day, remove foil from chicken, add, Garlic Powder, Pepper, Cheese, bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. In the meantime, take 2 Tablespoons Butter, 1 Jar of Orange Marmalade, 1/2 Cup of Brandy, place in saucepan, combine Butter, Marmalade, Brandy, until Marmalade is of a thin consistency.

Pour contents of melted Marmalade, Butter & Brandy over chicken pieces. Return to oven for 10 additional minutes at 500 degrees or Broil. Make sure not to cook Chicken more than 10 minutes more. Remove Chicken, transfer to large serving dish, you can garnish with Romaine lettuce, Paprika etc.. Serve Entree.. The Chicken will have a "Sweet" and "Sour" taste. The sweet comes from the Marmalade and Brandy. The Sour taste will come from the Dressing that you used as a marinade. Enjoy!! Happy Holidays!!
