This article will discuss how to make inexpensive Christmas Ornaments.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A glue gun
  • Mini wreath embellishment
  • A desired photo
  • Velt
  • One pipe cleaner
  1. Step 1

Low on cash this Christmas? Want to give a inexpensive, memorable gift? Well, if you answered yes to the above questions, then you will want to read this article. The first step in making an inexpensive Christmas ornament is purchasing a small Christmas wreath embellishment at your local craft store. After you have purchased the wreath embellishment, you will want to pick out a memorable photo to be used.

  2. Step 2

Once you have the wreath and the photo, then the next step is to center your desired photo in the round opening of wreath. When the photo is centered trace the inside shape of the wreath' s opening on the photo. Once you have a circle draw around your desired part of photo, cut the circle out. Then lightly glue the entire edge of the round photo. Apply the back of the wreath to the glue. Please done firmly for 15 seconds.

  3. Step 3

When the photo framed by the wreath is dry, place it on a sheet of veldt. Trace the exact shape of the circle you have created. Then cut the round circle out. This veldt circle will serve as the back of your ornament. Apply glue to the back of the photo. Then press the veldt onto the glue. Press done firmly for 15 seconds.

  4. Step 4

The last step is to take your pipe cleaner and blend it to a U-shape. The pipe cleaner will serve as the hanger for your ornament. Take the U-shape pipe cleaner and glue the bottom portion to the back of the ornament (on veldt). The pipe cleaner should be glued to the top center of the back of ornament. Allow 30 minutes to dry completely. Then you have your inexpensive Christmas ornament!!!! Now, that wasn't hard!!!

Tips & Warnings
  • Lay ornament flat to dry.
  • Be careful of heated glue gun.
