Capture every moment from the pregnancy test to the birth!

Want to remember every detail of your pregnancy in a special way? Keep a pregnancy journal with ultrasound pictures, OB appointment records, weight gain, belly pictures and more!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • A small scrapbook from the craft store
  • Pictures of your growing belly
  • Pen and paper to write down pregnancy information
  1. Step 1

Start by jotting down important dates: the day you found out you were pregnant, the due date, the day you reached the 2nd and 3rd trimester, your first OB appointment, the date of your big ultrasound, etc. You could even take a picture of your pregnancy test.

  2. Step 2

Take weekly or monthly belly pictures as your pregnancy progresses. These are a fun way to watch your growth.

  3. Step 3

You can add to your journal as you go along - belly shots, ultrasound pictures, etc. You can also write out some journal pages about how you are feeling, if you had morning sickness, what your name choices are and more.

  4. Step 4

If you are painting and decorating a new nursery, take pictures of the room as it progresses.

  5. Step 5

After the birth, add the birth story to your journal. Include the time of birth, types of pain medication and the doctor's name - your child will find it interesting some day!
