Things You'll Need:
- Crock Pot
- 2 lbs Pork Shoulder
- 1 Onion
- 1 Jar of your favorite BBQ Sauce
- 8 Buns

Step 1
Add Pork to Crock Pot or Slow Cooker.
Make sure to wash the pork first under running water. -
Step 2
Chop the onion and to crock pot along with the BBQ Sauce, making sure to mix so pork is covered.

Step 3
Turn power to low and cook for 8 hours, then remove the pork at pull it apart with 2 forks (or by hand for the authentic Southern approach). At this stage the meat is very tender and delicious!!

Step 4
Now add the pork back to the crock pot with the BBQ Sauce and stir. Leave to cook on low for 1 hour.
Now it's ready to serve. -
Step 5
Finally make sure to toast your buns before adding the Pulled Pork.
Serve with Coleslaw either on the sandwich (my favorite) or on the side.
