Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  1. Step 1

Realize that there are times you cannot avoid boredom. When you find yourself bored, look around you and see if there is anything you can do to brighten your surroundings. Maybe a small thing like cleaning or organizing something might snap you out of your funk.

  2. Step 2

Ask yourself: Why am I bored? There are a load of things I could be doing right now that will help change or enhance my life. Do I need to rearrange something? Clean something? Letters? Phone Calls?

  3. Step 3

Don't be so caught up in your boredom that you can't sometimes be still. Watch a television program. Play your favorite music and dance, or better yet, make that call you've been putting off to someone you haven't talked to in a while.
