Using a dental dam isn't always the most fun, but it's an essential part of safer sex. It's easy and you will impress your lady-friend with your thoughtfulness and your sexual know-how!

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions

Things You'll Need:

  • Dental dam, condom or saran wrap.
  • A willing partner
  1. Step 1

Open your dental dam. To make one from a condom, use scissors to cut off the tip, then cut length-wise to make one square sheet of plastic.

  2. Step 2

Marking one side with a marker is a good idea so you don't loose track of which side touches your lady and which side you'll be licking.

  3. Step 3

When you're both ready, take the dam and stretch it firmly across her genitals, making sure to cover the whole area. Hold the edges against her inner thighs with your hands.

  4. Step 4

Get busy. You can perform oral sex on her just like you would without a dam. The plastic is thin and she'll most definitely feel what you're up to.

  5. Step 5

Experiment with different hand positions. You can use one hand to keep it spread over her while using your other hand to caress or penetrate her (use a glove for added protection!). Or, you can use both hands to keep the dam taut while still applying pressure to her labia and groin.

  6. Step 6

Keep going and keep experimenting! It can be awkward at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's actually quite fun!

Tips & Warnings
  • Apply flavored lube to your side to cover the plastic-y taste.
  • Use gloves for added protection
  • Be sure to keep in mind which side is which to prevent cross contamination.
  • It is always a good idea to have a safer-sex and STD discussion before having sex with anyone. Play hard and play safe!
  • Have fun!
